We lead the industry with our cutting edge live website application which allows us to quickly and accuratly create, modify and finalize bid proposals and change orders. We are able to share information with our customers instantly, from the conception of the project through the completion. Information on your project will always be available on your personal Vertolic account. When your bid proposal is created, the online file will include photos of the jobsite, plans, job specifications and any documents project-related documents. As your project develops, the Vertolic continues to gather information which is shared with Project Team Members.
PERMITTED PROJECTS
Superior Builders, Inc. prides itself on its partnership with high quality sub-contractors, in-house painting, carpentry and project management staff. We offer our Preferred Customers 48 hours turn around on ROM bids. This allows the customer to negoiate and close deals with tenants's before most agents are able to get off the phone with finding someone to price out the scope of work. Vertolic allows us to modify and/or complete ROM and final bids for work on job site including any change orders.
