Project information is always accessible through your personal Vertolic account. When your bid proposal is created, the online file will include photos of the job site, plans, job specifications, and any project-related documents. As your project progresses, Vertolic continuously gathers and shares information with Project Team Members.
Additionally, once change orders are approved, they regenerate the bid proposal narrative to add or delete the change order items, creating a new scope of work. This updated master scope of approved work ensures that all modifications are accurately reflected and up-to-date.

The entire team at Superior Builders will have avatars available to assist you with any information you need for your project. These avatars can review change orders and even help customers create a ROM bid proposal for projects by downloading your plans and answering questions with your personal avatar assistant.
The avatar can assist you with logging into your account and locating information on your current projects, including archived projects. If you need a quick cost estimate to paint an office and replace flooring, simply download your plans to the avatar. It will create take-offs that will be used to generate a ROM cost for your project by answering a few questions. Even if you have a current bid and would like to change finishes, the avatar can help you with that process anytime, day or night.
